सं० एफ 9-9/99-4-3--विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की सलाह पर विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधि- नियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 3) की धाग 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंन्द्र सरकार, भारतीय सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और प्रबंधन संस्थान , ग्वालियर को उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के उद्देश्यार्थ इस शर्त पर तत्काल प्रभाव से एतद्वारा सम विश्वविद्यालय घोषित करती है कि पांच वर्षों के बाद इसकी समीक्षा की जाएगी ।

ममसंख्यक संकल्पो के अनुक्रम में 29-6-99 के उपरोक्त संकल्प में निम्नानुमार संशोधन किए जाते हैं.--
( 1) क्र० सं० 3 में श्रीमती वीणा वर्मा के स्थान पर " श्रो विक्रम वर्मा" पढ़ा जाए ।
(2) क्र० सं० 30 में प्रबंध निदेशक के स्थान पर "अध्यक्ष" पढ़ा जाए ।
आदेण
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति समिति के पभो सदस्यों, सभी राज्य सरकारो एवं संघ शासित प्रदेशों के प्रणामनो, भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/ विभागो, राष्ट्रपति मचिवालय, प्रधान मत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय , लोकः सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सभा सचिवालय , योजना आयोग तथा भारत के नियंत्रक एवं लेखा परीक्षक को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सर्व- साधारण की जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्त में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।
