O.N. 67.—In exercise of the power con- ferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Administra- tion of Union Territory of Daman & Diu hereby nominates Shri R. K. Srivastava, IAS 134 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JUNE 9, 2001/JYAISTHA 19, L923 [PART II—SEC. 3iui)] Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and has allowed Shri R. K. Srivastava to retain his regular additional charges.
