सा.का.नि. 481( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार , महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा कोचीन पत्तन न्यास के न्यासी मंडल में पत्तन में नियुक्त श्रमिकों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए श्री के.पी.एस. मेनन के स्थान पर श्री सी.एम. चन्द्रबोस को शेष अवधि के लिए अर्थात् 31-3-2002 तक न्यासी नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन जल भूतल परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 1 जून, 2000 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 515 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है । 2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 17 पर " श्री के.पी.एस. मेनन- पत्तन में नियुक्त श्रमिकों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए " शब्दों को " श्री सी.एम. चन्द्रबोस- पत्तन में नियुक्त श्रमिकों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए" शब्दों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

MINISTRY OF SHIPPING (PORTS WING) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 27th June , 2001
G.S.R. 481 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) read with Sub - section ( 6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri C.M. Chandrabose as a 'Trustee to represent the Labour employed in the Port on the Board of Trustecs of Cochin Port Trust vice Shri K.P.S. Menon for the remaining period , i.e. upto 31-3-2002 and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erestwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing ) G.S.R. No. 515 (E) dated 1stJune, 2000.
2. In the said notification against the Scrial No. 17 for the words , " Shri K.P.S. Menon Representing the Labour employed in the Port " , the words " Shri C.M. Chandrabose Representing the Labour employed in the Port " shall be substituted.
