NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th September, 2001
S.O. 931(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 read with Section 8 of the Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 (57 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department foFamily Welfare), No. S.O.85(E) dated the 5th February, 1997, namely:— .
In the said notification,—
(i) under heading "appointed under clause (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 7" for serial number 18 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely :—
"18. Smt Basanti Sharma, Member";
Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) 162, South Avenue, NcwDelhi-110001.
(a) under heading "appointed under clause (g) of sub-section (2) of Section 7" for serial numbers 19 to 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:—
"19. The Dean, Member
