का.आ. 937( अ ) के.उ.शु. ( सं. 2 ) नियम , 2001 के नियम 22के उपनियम ( 1 ) का अनुपालन करते हुए, मैं एतद्द्वारा सीमा एवं केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क के निरीक्षक एवं उच्चस्तर के समस्त अधिकारियों को कथित मियम के अन्तर्गत अपने-अपने अधिकार क्षेत्रों में शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हेतु अधिकार प्रदान करता हूँ।
2. आगे, आयुक्तालय के निवारक अनुभाग ( मु. ) में तैनात किये गये निरीक्षक/कर अपवंचन विरोधी इकाईयां एवं उच्चस्तर के अधिकारियों को आयुक्तालय के अधिकार क्षेत्र में इन शक्तियों के प्रयोग करने हेतु अधिकार प्रदान किया जाता है ।

S.O. 937(E) . In pursuance of sub -rule ( 1 ) ofRule 22ofCentral Excise (No. 2) Rules , 2001 , I hereby empower all Central Excise and Customs Officers of the rank of Inspector and above to exercise the powers under the said rule within their respective jurisdiction.
2.Further, officers of the rank of Inspector and above posted in theHead Quarter Preventive/ Anti Evasion Units ofthe Commissionerate are empowered to exercise these powers within the jurisdiction of the Commissionerate .
