का.आ. 938 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 59 ) की धारा 8 , 9 , 11 , 12 , 15 , 17 , 19 , 27 ,44, .47, 49, 51 , 54, 56, 64, धारा 88 की उपधारा ( 14 ) और धारा 110 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय मोटर याम ( पहला संशोधन ) नियम, 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: - उक्तनियमों के नियम 1 के उपनियम ( 2 ) में, " उपनियम (8 ) के खंड ( 1 ) , उपनियम ( 17 ) , उपनियम ( 18 ) और उपनियम ( 19) के सिवाय , जो ऐसे प्रकाशन की तारीख से छह मास के पश्चात् प्रवृत्त होंगे", शब्दों, कोष्ठकों और अंकों के स्थान पर, " नियम 2 के उपनियम (17) , (18 ) और (19 ) के सिवाय, जो ऐसे प्रकाशन की तारीख से छह मास के पश्चात् प्रवृत्त होंगे और नियम 2 के उपनियम ( 8 ) का खंड ( क) 30 जून, 2002 को प्रवृत्त होगा", शब्द, कोष्ठक और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

NewDelhi , the 24th September, 2001 S.O. 938 (E ) .-In exercise of powers conferred by Sections 8 , 9 , 11 , 12, 15, 17, 19, 27, 44, 47, 49, 51 , 54, 56, 64, sub-section ( 14) of section 88 and section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Central Motor Vehicles (1st Amendment ) Rules, 2001, namely:-
Inthe said rules, in rule 1 , in sub- rule (2) for the words, brackets and figures " except clause (1) of sub-rule (8) , sub - rule ( 17) , sub-rule (18 ) and sub-rule (19) which shall come into force after six months the date of such publication" , the words , brackets and figures , " except sub- rule (17), (18) and (19) ofrule 2, which shall come into force after six months from the date of such publication and clause ( a) of sub- rule ( 8 ) of rule 2 shall come into force on 30th June, 2002 " shall be substituted.
