New Delhi , the 24th September, 2001 नई दिल्ली, 24 सितम्बर, 2001
का. आ. 939(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय मोटरयान नियम, 1989 के नियम 118 के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना का. आ. सं. 706 ( अ ) तारीख 25 जुलाई, 2001 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए यह विनिर्दिष्ट करती है कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र, दिल्ली में चल रहे तिपहियों और मोटरकैबों से भिन्न, सभी परिवहन यानों में, केन्द्रीय मोटरयान नियम, 1989 के नियम 126 में यथा उल्लिखित प्राधिकृत परीक्षण अभिकर्ताओं द्वारा यथा अनुमोदित गति नियंत्रक ऐसी रीति से फिट किए जाएंगे जिन्हें राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र , दिल्ली की सरकार समय-समय पर अधिसूचित करे ।
S.O. 939 (E) . In exercise of the powers under rule 118 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules , 1989 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , S.O. No. 706 (E) dated 25th July, 2001 , the Central Government hereby specifies that all transport vehicles , other than three-wheelers and motorcabs operating in the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be fitted with a speed governor as may be approved by the authorized testing agencies as mentioned in rule 126 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules , 1989 in a manner as may be notified by the Government of National Capital Territory ofDelhi , from time to time .
