In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sections ( 1) and ( 1A) of Section 12 of the National Cadet Corps Act, 1948 (31 of 1948 ), the Central Government hereby notifies the appointment of Shri Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi and Dr. (Col.) Dhani Ram Shandil, Members of the Lok Sabha as Members of the Central Advisory Committeee for the National Cadet Corps and for that purpose amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. SRO 76 (E) dated the 10th October, 1983 , as amended from time to time, as follows , namely:-
