New Delhi, the 26th September, 2001

No. 46/2001-CUSTOMS (NT)

S.O. 944(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:—

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra, in column (3), after item (9) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely:—

Loading of Molasses for export.".
