NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th September, 2001
Si.O. 949(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Go\ ernment for public purpose to acquire land mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto, for building (four-laning) of None .-> ', lighwaysNo. 5 from Km. 237.000 to Km. 354.000 (Madras 10 Vijavawada Section) in Prakasam District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to acquire the said lands falling in the district of Prakasam as per the Schedule given below.
The land plans and other details of lands covered under this notification arc available with, and can be inspected by the interested persons m, the office of the competent authority, that is, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ongolc, District Prakasam.
Any person interested in the said land may submit objection, if any, to the competent authority within twenty-one da>s ironi the dnte on which copies of the Gazette containing this notification are made available to the public.

S.O. 950(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Government for public purpose to acquire land mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto, for building (four-laning) of National Highways No. 5 from Km. 52.800 to Km. 110.000 (Madras to Vijayawada Section) in Nellore District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to acquire the said lands falling in the district of Ncllorc os per the Schedule given below.
The land plans and other details of lands covered under this notification are available with, and can be inspected by the interested persons in, the office of the competent authority, that is, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gudur, District Ncllorc.
Any person interested in the said land may submit objection, if any, to the competent authority within twenty-one days from the dale on which copies of the Gazette containing this notification are made available to the public.
