New Delhi, the 18th September , 2001 का.आ. 966 ( अ) -विद्युत विनियामक आयोग अधिनियम, 1998 ( 1998 का 14 ) की धारा 51 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार 15 सितम्बर, 2001 को वह तारीख नियमित करती है जिस तारीख से असम राज्य के संबंध में विद्युत ( प्रदाय ) अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 54 ) की धारा 43 ए की उपधारा ( 2 ) निकाल दी जाएगी।
S.O. 966 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferredby Section 51 ofthe Electricity Regulatory CommissionAct, 1998 ( 14 of 1998 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints in respect of the State of Assam , the 15th September, 2001 as the date on which sub - section (2) of Section 43A of the Electricity ( Supply) Act, 1948 (54 of 1948) shall be omitted.
