गृह मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 28 सितम्बर, 2001
का.आ. 971 ( अ ).-केन्द्र सरकार जांच आयोग अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 60 ) की धारा 3 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की 8 मई , 2000 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 441 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" 3. आयोग अपनी रिपोर्ट केन्द्र सरकार को यथाशीघ्र परन्तु 2अप्रैल, 2002 तक प्रस्तुत करेगा " ।
[फ्न.सं. 14011/175/99 -दिल्ली- II ] डा. पी. डी. शेनाय, विशेष सचिव टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 8 मई, 2000 को संख्या का.आ. 441 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा तत्पश्चात् इसे 31 मार्च, 2001 को संख्या का. आ. 302 ( अ) के तहत संशोधित किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 28th September , 2001 S. O. 971 (E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs , Number S.O. 441(E) , dated, the 8th May, 2000 .
In the said notification, for paragraph 3 , the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely :
"3. The Commission shall submit its report to the Central Government as soon as possible but not later than the 2ndApril, 2002 " .
