का. नि. आ. 205.- रक्षा संकर्म अधिनियम, 1903 ( 1903 की 7 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा घोषणा करती है कि नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि जम्मू- कश्मीर राज्य के सांबा में 2203 एपी ( 22 एम्यूमिशन कंपनी ) के निकट होने के कारण इसे भवनों तथा अन्य बाधाओं से मुक्त रखे जाने के उद्देश्य से इसके उपयोग तथा अधिभोग पर उपर्युक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खंड (ग ) में मिर्दिष्ट प्रतिबंध लगाया जाना आवश्यक है , अर्थात्:-

जम्मू- कश्मीर राज्य में रक्षा संकर्म अर्थात् 2203 एपी ( 22 एम्यूनिशन कंपनी ) की बाहरी परिधि से 900 मीटर की दूरी के भीतर के क्षेत्र में आने वाली समस्त भूमि ।
2. उपर्युक्त भूमि की योजना से संबंधित रेखाचित्र नक्शे का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त, जिला जम्मूके कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है ।

2. उपर्युक्त भूमि की योजना से संबंधित रखाचित्र नक्शे का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त, जिला उधमपुर के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है ।

2. उपर्युक्त भूमि की योजना से संबंधित रेखाचित्र नक्शे का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त, होशियारपुर ( पंजाब ) के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है ।
