2. For the existing entry "Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar" appearing in column 2 of the table appended to the said notification against the entry "2. Returning Office for 2-Amritiar Parliamentary Consti- tuency" in column 1 thereof, the words, "Addi- tional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar" shall be substituted.
