सं० 2-4/ 96- हिन्दी नीति:- कृषि मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग , कृषि अनुसंधान और शिक्षा विभाग तया पशुपालन एवं डेयरी विभाग के लिए एक संयुक्त हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति के पठन से संबंधित दिनांक 2/6 अगस्त, 2002 के संकल्प में भारत सरकार द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है:--

RESOLUTION
No. 2-4/96-Hindi Neeti , Government of India hereby makes the following amendment in the Reso- lution of even number dated 2/6 August , 2002 regarding the constitution of the Joint Hindi Salahkar Samiti of the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Department of Agricultural Research and Education and the Department of संघ लोक सेवा आयोग, मुख्य वेतन एवं लेखा अधिकारी , कृषि मंत्रालय तथा भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों एवं विभागों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को आम जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए । सतीश चन्द्र, संयुक्त सचिज ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय (ग्रामीण विकास विभाग)
नई दिल्ली-110001 , दिनांक 10 दिसम्बर , 2002 सं ०- आई-25011/19 / 97-पी० सी०--लोक कार्यक्रम और ग्रामीण प्रौद्योगिकी विकास परिषद के नियम विनियम के नियम 55 द्वारा इंजे प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि लोक कार्यक्रम और ग्रामोण प्रौद्योगिकी विकास परिषद के नियम विनियम के नियम 37 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा:--
"37- राज्य मंत्रो उप मंत्री, जो सोसायटी के पदेन उपाध्यक्ष हैं, कार्यकारी समिति के पदेन अध्यक्ष होंगे । "
