2. अधिसूचना नियुक्ति अधिकारों को इस्पात मंत्रालय में संयुक्त औद्योगिक सलाहकार के ग्रेड के संबंध में नियमिती- करण अथवा वरिष्ठता के लि कोई अधिकार नहीं देती । सरकार को संबंधित अधिकारो को बिना कोई कारण बताए अथवा सूचना दिए इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति को समाप्त करने का अधिकार है ।
