सं ० ए-12022 /1 / 2003 -प्रशा०-III-राष्ट्रपति, योजना आयोग के सी०एस ० एस ० एस ० संवर्ग की निजी सहायक , श्रीभती उमा बिष्ट को योजना आयोग में निजी सचिव के रूप में 6500-200-10,500 रुपए के वेतनमान में दिनांक 08-01-2003 ( पूर्वाह्न ) से तदर्थ आधार पर छह महीने लिए अथवा नियमित पदधारी उपलब्ध होने तक, जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्त करते हैं ।

यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति उन्हें नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु किसी भी प्रकार का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगी और तदर्थ आधार पर सी ० एस ० एस ० एस ० संवर्ग के निजी सचिव के ग्रेड में, उनकी सेवाओं को वरीयता के लिए न तो गिना जाएगा और न ही उच्चतर ग्रेड में पदोन्नति हेतु पात्त माना जाएगा ।
