2. तद्‌नुसार अधिकारी ने दिनांक 20.01.2003 को पूर्वाह्न में पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक, के.रि.पु. बल का पदभार ग्रहण कर लिया है ।

2. उपर्युक्त पदोन्नति इस कार्यालय के फा. सं. 11/स्थापना/सी.सी. /99-2000 दिनांक 26.2.2001 द्वारा प्रकाशित आयकर निरीक्षकों की वरीयता सूची के आधार पर की गई है जो माननीय केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण , एरणाकुलम न्यायपीठ, एरणाकुलम के ओ.ए. सं. 976/2000 के आदेश के कार्यान्वयन पर बनने वाली अंतिम वरीयता सूची तथा माननीय केरल उच्च न्यायालय के सामने लम्बित ओ.पी. सं. 1544/2003 के अन्तिम निर्णयों पर भी निर्भर रहेगी । AD 3. उपर्युक्त पदोन्नति पूर्णतः अस्थाई और अनन्तिम है और इसे किसी भी समय, किसी प्रशासनिक या अन्य कारणों से बिना नोटिस रद्द किया जा सकता है । उपर्युक्त पदोन्नति पदोन्नत कर्मचारी को पदोन्नत केडर पर बने रहने या वरीयता निर्धारित करने का कोई अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करती है ।

4. पदोन्नत कर्मचारी दो वर्ष की अवधि तक परिवीक्षा पर होंगे । 5. पदोन्नत कर्मचारी को सूचित किया जाता है कि उनकी वरीयता में न्यायिक/प्रशासनिक आदेशों या किसी अन्य कारण से परिवर्तन आ सकता है ।

6. पदोन्नत केडर पर वेतन नियत करने के लिए पदोन्नत कर्मचारी द्वारा पदोन्नति के 30 दिन के भीतर एफ. आर. 22 के प्रावधानों के अधीन विकल्प दिया जाए ।

7. आयकर अधिकारी के रूप में पदोन्नत श्री एन. कुमार का मामला कोट्टयम में तैनाती हेतु मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त तिरुवनन्तपुरम के निपटान के लिए दिया जाता है ।

8. यह आदेश मुख्य आयकर आयुक्त, तिरुवनन्तपुरम के साथ परामर्श करने के बाद जारी किया जाता है ।
