Office : Exchange Plaza, C- 1 , Block G, Bandra- Kurla Complex, Bandra (East) , Mumbai - 400051 प्रतिभूति संविदा ( विनियमन ) नियमावली, 1957 के नियम 18 की अपेक्षानुसार नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज के उप- नियमों में प्रस्तावित संशोधन, जैसा यहां नीचे दिया गया हैं, सामान्य खण्ड अधिनियम , 1897 की धारा 23 के उपबंधों के अनुसार भारत के सरकारी राजपत्र में अ'लोचना के लिए प्रकाशित किए जाते हैं । कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसका उप- नियमों के प्रस्तावित संशोधनों पर कोई अवलोकन है, राजपत्र में इस प्रकाशन को तारीख से पंद्रह दिनों के भीतर उसे लिखित में सहायक उपाध्यक्ष ( विधि) , नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड , एक्सचेंज प्लाजा, सी-1, ब्लॉक 'जी' , बांद्रा- कुर्ला काम्प्लेक्स, बांद्रा ( ईस्ट) , मुंबई -400051 को भेज सकता है । उपरोलिखित तारीख के बाद प्राप्त किए गए अब- लोकनों पर प्रारूप को विवारार्थ लेते समय विचार नहीं किय । जाएगा ।
1. एक्सचेंज के उप-नियमों के अध्याय- X11 के उप- नियम 13 क के दूसरे परन्तुक के रूप में निम्नलिखित पैरा जोड़ना:

to As per the requirements of Rule 18 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules , 1957 , the proposed amend- ments to the Byelaws of National Stock Exchange, as given hereunder, are published for criticism in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 of the General Clauses Act , 1897 in the Official Gazette of India. Any person having any observations on the proposed amendments the Byelaws can send the same in writing to Asst. Vice President ( Legal ), National Stock Exchange of India Limited at Exchange Plaza, C-I, Block G. Bandra-Kurla Complex , Bandra ( East ), Mumbai-400051 within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette. The observations received after the aforementioned date will not be considered when the draft will be taken for consideration.
1. Addition of the following para as second proviso to Byelaw 13 A of Chapter XII of the Byelaws of the Ex- change.
वशतें आगे कि जहां एक्सचेंज के उप - नियमों के अनुसरण में किसी विवाचन कार्यवाहियों में व्यापारिक सदस्य के बिरुद्ध दिया गया निर्णय एक्सचेंज पर निष्पादित लेन - देन के संबंध में नहीं है, ऐसे निर्णीतो को निर्णय को राशि के भुगतान पर उप- नियमों के अध्याय-XII के उप-नियम 23 ( ग) के अधीन निर्धारित तरीके से हो कार्यबाहो की जाएगी

Provided further that where the award passed against a trading member in the arbitration proceedings conducted pursuant to the Byelaw sof the Exchange is not respect of transaction executed on the Exchange , the payment of the amount of the award to such awardee shall be dealt only in the manner laid down under Byelaw 23 (c) of Chapter XII of the Byelaws .

2. एक्सचेंज के उप-नियमों के अध्याय- XII के उप- नियम 23 के खण्ड ( ग ) में शब्दों ' अन्य व्यक्तियों के दावे एक्स- चेंज पर किए गए लेन-देन के प्रासंगिक अथवा ' और 'एक्सचेंज द्वारा निर्धारित अपेक्षाओं से उत्पन्न होगा चाहिए , बशर्ते कि अगर उपलब्ध राशि ऐसे सभो दावों का पूर्णतः भुगतान करने में अक्षम हो, उन्हें यथानुसार अदा किया जाएगा ' शब्दों के वीच निम्नलिखित शब्दों को प्रविष्टि-

Insertion of the following words in between the words "The claims of other persons should have arisen out of or incidental to the transaction done on the Ex- change or " and ' or requirements laid down by the Exchange , provided that if the amount available be insufficient to pay all such claims in full, they shall be paid pro rata' in Clause (c) of Byelaw 23 of Chapter XII of the Byelaws of the Exchange :-
