2. इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से उन्हें वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्ति का दावा करने हेतु ना ही कोई अधिकार होगा और न ही वरिष्ठता आदि हेतु गणना अथवा अगले उच्च ग्रेड में पदोन्नति हेतु पात्र समझा जाएगा ।

2. यह तदर्थ नियुक्ति उन्हें अपर विधायी परामर्शी (क्षेत्रीय भाषा ) के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए न ती कोई दावा करने का हक प्रदान करेगी और न ही इस रूप में उनके द्वारा की गई तदर्थ सेवा अवधि उस ग्रेड में या अन्य उच्च ग्रेड में प्रोन्नति हेतु वरिष्ठता के प्रयोजनार्थ गिनी जाएगी ।
