सं० 1 ( 3) / 2003/ वि० एस ० पी० (एच ० एल ० बी० )--विधि जौर न्याय मंत्रालय , विधामी विभाग के संकल्प सं ० ई० 13016/ 3/ 75 -वि ० एस० पी० ( एच० एल ०वी० ), तारीख 4 मई, 1976 (समय- समय पर यथा संशोधित) ( जिसे इसमें आगे ' संकल्प' कहा गया है ) के अधोन हिन्दी भाषा में विधि की ऐसी मानक पुस्तकों के लेखन , अनुवाद और प्रकाशन तथा हिन्दी और संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में वर्णित अन्य भाषाओं में लिखी गई या प्रकाशित ऐसी पुस्तकों पर पुरस्कार प्रदान करने संबंधी स्कीम में तात्कालिक प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन कियर जाता है ।
संकल्प में " हिन्दी और संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची में णित अन्य भाषाओं में " गब्दों के स्थान पर , जहां कहीं भी ने आते हैं, " हिन्दी में " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।"

सं० 1/4/1/ 2002-हिन्दी/ 214--जल संसाधन मंत्रालय की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति के गठन संबंधी इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 7-11-2002 के समसंख्यक के संकल्प में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए संख्या 4 पर डा० छत्रपाल सिंह, संसद सदस्य (लोक सभा) के स्थान पर श्री राम सिंह कस्वां, संसद सदस्य (लोक सभा) को इस मंत्रालय की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति का सदस्य नामित किया जाता है ।
अन्य नियम व शर्तें वही रहेंगी जो इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 7-11-2002 के संकल्प सं ० 14/ 1 / 2002-हिन्दी में दी गई हैं ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों, सभी राज्य सरकारों तथा संघ राज्य प्रशासनों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , संसदीद कार्य विभाग , लोक सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सभा सचिवालय , भारत के नियंत्रक तथा महालेखा परीक्षक और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/ विभागों को भेज दी जाए । यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि यह संकल्प जन साधारण की सूचना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

F. No. 1 (3 )/2003-V.S.P . (HLB)-In the Resolu- tion No. E. 13016/3 / 75 -VSP (HLB) dated 4th May , 1976 ( as amended from time to time) ( hereinafter referred to as ' the Resolution' ) of the Ministry of Law and Justice , Legislative Department relating to Scheme for writing , translating and publication of Standard Law Books written or published in Hindi and other languages mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution , following amend- ment is hereby made with immediate effect .
" In the Resolution for the words ' Hindi and other languages mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution' wherever they occur, the word 'Hindi ' shall be substituted ."
