का. नि. आ. 56.- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन और पूर्तिविभाग, गुणता आश्वासन निदेशालय ( नौ सेना ) , ( भंडार अधीक्षक और ज्येष्ठ भंडारपाल ) , समूह " ग " अराजपत्रित पद भर्ती नियम, 2002 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्: -
1. इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन और पूर्ति विभाग , गुणता आश्वासन निदेशालय ( नौसेना ) , ( भंडार अधीक्षक औरज्येष्ठ भंडारपाल ) , समूह ' ग ' अराजपत्रित पद भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2003 है।
2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पादन और पूर्ति विभाग , गुणता आश्वासन निदेशालय ( नौ सेना ) , ( भंडार अधीक्षक और ज्येष्ठ भंडारपाल) , समूह " ग " , अराजपत्रित पद भर्ती नियम, 2002 की अनुसूची में, भंडार अधीक्षक से संबंधित क्रम सं. 1 में स्तंभ 7 के अधीन " 25 से 32 वर्ष " शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए अनुदेशों या आदेशों के अनुसार " 32 वर्ष से अनधिक " शब्द और अंक अंतःस्थापितकिए जाएंगे ।

[PART II-SEC. 4] Directorate ofQuality Assurance (Naval ), (Store Superintendent and Senior Store -keeper ) , Group 'C' Non-Gazetted posts Recruitment Rules , 2002 , namely:---
(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence , Department of Defence Production and Supplies , Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval ), (Store Superintendent and Senior Store-keeper ) , Group ' C ' Non - Gazetted posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2003.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule, to the Ministry ofDefence, Department of Defence Production and Supplies , Directorateof Quality Assurance (Naval), (Store Superintendent and Senior Store-keeper) , Group ' C' Non -Gazetted posts Recruitment Rules, 2002, in Sl . No. 1 relating to Store Superintendent under column 7, for the words and figures " 25 to 32 years" the words and figures " Not exceeding 32 years " in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government, shall be substituted.

का.नि.आ. 57.-छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) की धारा 13 की उपधारा ( 7 ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि जनरल आफिसर कमांडिंग- इन - चीफ, उत्तरी कमान द्वारा कर्मल ए.के. जामवाल का त्यागपत्र स्वीकार कर लिए जाने के कारण छावनी बोर्ड , बादामी बाग में सदस्य का एक पद रिक्त हो गया है ।

In pursuance of Sub-section (7) ofSection 13 of the Cantonment Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) the Central Government hereby notifies that a vacancy has occurred in the membership of the Cantonment Board, Badamibagh by reasons of acceptance by the General Officer Commanding -in -Chief, Northern Command of resignation of Col. A.K. Jamwal.

का.नि.आ. 58.-छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2 ) की धारा 13 की उपधारा ( 7 ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि स्टेशन कमांडर, बादामीबाग ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( च) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए कर्नल अश्वनी कुमार जोशी को छावनी बोर्ड, बादामीबाग का सदस्य मनोनीत किया है । यह मनोनयन कर्नल ए. के. जामवाल के स्थान पर किया गया है जिनका त्यागपत्र स्वीकृत हो चुका है ।

Ashwani Kumar Joshi has been nominated as a member of the Cantonment Board, Badamibagh by the Station Commander, Badamibagh in exercise of the powers conferred under clause ( e) of Sub- section (3) of Section 13 of that Act vice Col. A.K. Jamwał whose resignation has been accepted.
