(क) कोई भी रुदस्य, जो संसद सदस्य है, संसद का सदस्य न रहने पर इस समिति का भी सदस्य नहीं रहेंगा ।
(ख) समिति के पदेन सदस्य उस समय तक सदस्य बने रहेंगे जब तक कि वे उन पदों पर है जिनके कारण थे समिति के सदस्य है ।
( ग) यदि किसी सदस्य के त्याग - पत्र अथवा मृत्यु आदि के कारण समिति में कोई स्थान रिक्त होता है तो उसके स्थान पर नियुक्त किए गए सदस्य का कार्यकाल शेष अवधि के लिए होगा ।

22 जनवरी, 1987 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं ० 11/20034/4/86 रा० भा० (क-2) में निहित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप और भारत सरकार द्वारा समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित निर्धारित दरों एवं नियमों के अनुसार यात्रा भत्ता और दैनिक भत्ता दिया जाएगा ।

II. यह समिति सरकारी प्रयोजनों के लिए हिन्दी के उतरोत्त प्रयोग से संबंधित मामलों तथा सहायक और प्रासंगिक मामलों पर वाणिज्य विभाग और इसके संबद्ध व अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों निगनों/ उपक्रनों/ स्वायत्तशासी निकायों/ संस्थानों/ बोर्डों आदि को सलाह देगी ।
III. समिति के सदस्यों का कार्यकाल सामान्यतः इसके गठन की तारीख से 3 वर्ष का होगा, वशर्ते;
(क) समिति के नामजद संसद सदस्य की सदस्यता उनके संसद सदस्य न रहने पर समाप्त हो जाएगी ।
(ख) समिति के पदेन सदस्य उस समय तक सदस्य रहेंगे जब तक. वे उस पद पर रहते हैं, जिसके नाते वे इस समिति के सदस्य हैं ।
(ग) किसी सदस्य के त्यागपत्र, नृत्य इत्यादि से कोई स्थान रिक्त हो जाता है तो उ रिक्ति पर नियक्त सदस्य शेष अवधि के लिए सदस्य बना रहेगा ।
IV. समिति की बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए गैर-सरकारी सदस्यों को राजभाषा विभाग के दिनांक 22 जनवरी , 1987 के का ०ज्ञा ० सं० 11 / 20034/ 4/ 86-२० भा ० ( क-2 ) में निहित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप और भारत सरकार द्वारा समय -समय पर यथा- संशोधित निर्धारित दरों एवं नियमों के अनुसार यात्र। भत्ता और दैनिक भत्ता दिया जाएगा ।
V. समिति का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा तथापि इसकी बैठकें किसी अन्य शहर में भी की जा सकती हैं ।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों, सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के प्रशासनों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय , प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय, लोक सभा सचिवालय, राज्य सभा सचिवालय , संघ लोक सेवा आयोग, LOK SABHA SECRETARIAT New Delhi , the 8th May 2003

सं ० 3/ 7/ 2001- भूजल- II-इस संत्रालय के 3 सितम्बर, 2001 के समश्यक संकल का संदर्भ लें जियते द्वारा कड़े चट्टानी क्षेत्र में भूजल संसाधनों के आकलन हेतु एक समिति का गठन किया गया था तथा दिनांक 19 फरवरी तथा 5 अगस्त, 28 नवम्बर 2002 के संकल्पों का भी संदर्भ लें जिसके द्वारा क्रमशः 30-06-2002 , 31-10-2002 तथा 28-02-2003 लक इस समिति की अवधि बढ़ायी गई थी । समिति की रिपोर्ट के मसौदा को अंतिम रूप देने के संबंध में किए गए कार्य के मद्देनजर समिति की अवधि 31 मई 2003 तक बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया गया है ।

आदेश दिया जाता है कि उपरोक्त संकल्प को सामान्य सूचना हेतु भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

2. Functions
The Functions of the Samiti will be to advise the Ministy on matters relating to the progressive use of Hindi in Official use in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs and Implemen- tation of policy laid down by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Deptt . of Official Language ) from time to time .
3. Tenure of Office
Tenure of Office of the Samiti will be for a period of three years from the date of its composition , provided that :
(a) Any Member who is Member of Parliament ss soon as he ceases to be a Member of Parliament will also cease to be a Member of this Samiti .
(b) Ex -officio Memebers of the Samiti will continue to he Member till they hold the post, by virtue of which they are Members of the Samiti .
(c) If any vacancy is caused on the Samiti due to resig- nation or death etc. of any Member , the Member appointed in his place , will be Member of the Samiti for residual term .
4. General
Head Office of the Samiti will be in New Delhi but Samiti can hold its meeting, at any other place also .
5. T.A. and other Allowances :-
T.A. and D.A. will be paid to the non-official members for attending the meetings of the Committee according to the scheduled rates and Rules as laid down in the Office Memo- randum No. 11 /20034 / 4/ 86 -O.L . ( A- 2 ) dated 22 January, 1987 and as amended by the Government of India from time to time.
