धोर न्याय मंत्रालय के केन्द्रीय सचिवालय आशुलिपिक सेवा संवर्ग में विधि आयोग में तदर्थ आधार पर रु ० 12000- 375-16,500 के वेतनमान में वारेष्ठ प्रधान निजी सचिव के पद पर नियुक्त करते हैं । उपर्युक्त प्रोन्नति पूर्णतः तदर्थ आधार पर की गई है और इससे श्रीमती सावित्री देवी को अनिश्चितकाल तक ग्रेड में बने रहने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त सही होगा और न ही वे इसके आधार पर वरिष्ठ प्रधान निजी सचिव के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता का दावा कर सकेंगी ।
