दिनांक 31 जुलाई 2003 2. श्री इंद्र कुमार नरूला की तदर्थ नियुक्ति इस शर्त के अध्याधीन है कि उनकी यह नियुक्ति के.स.से. के ग्रेड-1 की चयन सूची तैयार होने तक पूर्णतः तदर्थ आधार पर है । तदर्थ नियुक्ति के आधार पर के.स.से. के ग्रेड-1 की चयन सूची में अपना नाम शामिल करने के लिए उनके द्वारा कोई दावा नहीं किया आएगा । के.स.सै. के ग्रेड- I की चयन सूची में नाम शामिल नहीं होने पर तदर्थ पदोन्नति को वरिष्ठता को दावे के लिए कोई आधार नहीं बनाया जाएगा ।
