आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय , प्रधानमंत्री सचिवालय , मंत्रीमण्डल सचिवालय , लोकसभा सचिवालय , राज्यसभा सचिवालय , संसदीय राजभाषा समिति, योजना आयोग , नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षा का कार्यालय तथा भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों एवं विभागों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को आम जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।
