The President is pleased to appoint Shri Pratyaya Amrit , IAS (BH 1991 ) as Private Secretary to the Minister of State ( Independent Charge ) for Civil Aviation ( Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy ) w.e.f, the forenoon of 25th May, 2003 in the scale of pay of Rs . 12,750-375- 16,500/- for the balance period of his tenure of five years as Private Secretary to Minister i.e. upto 22-11-2006 or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to Minister or until further orders , whichever event occurs the earliest .
