सं० ई-13013/1/ 2003- हिन्दी- II--केन्द्रीय सरकार, राजभाषा ( संघ के शासकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रयोग) नियम, 1976 के नियम 10 के उप नियम ( 4 ) के अनुसरण में ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय के स्वायत्त निकाय लोक कार्यक्रम और ग्रामीण प्रौद्योगिकी विकास परिषद ( कपार्ट ) कार्यालय को, जिनके 80% कर्मचारियों ने हिन्दी का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान प्राप्त कर लिया है, अधिसूचित करती है ।

संयुक्त सचिव ( प्रशासन ) नई दिल्ली-1 , दिनांक 19 अगस्त 2003 सं० आई-25011 /19/ 97-पी० सी० लोक कार्यक्रम एवं ग्रामीण प्रौद्योगिकी विकास परिषद के नियमों तथा अधि- नियमों के नियम 55 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को लागू करने पर भारत सरकार ने यह निर्णय लिया है कि लोक कार्यक्रम एवं ग्रामीण प्रौद्योगिकी विकास परिषद के नियमों तथा अधिनियमों के नियम 37 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:-

In pursuance of Sub -Rule 4 of Rule 10 of the Official Language (Use for Official Pur- poses of the Union ) rule , 1976 the Central Government here- by notifies Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology ( CAPART ) an Autonomous Body of the Ministry of Rural Development , 80 % staff whereof have acquired the working knowledge of Hindi .

सं ० एफ ० 8-6/ 2003-यू० 5-- संगम ज्ञापन के नियम-23 और रराष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण संस्थान परिषद् नियम में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसार भारत सरकार ने डा० बी० एच ० ब्रज किशोर को राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण संस्थाम परिषद् के अध्यक्ष के रूप में 5 सितम्बर, 2003 से 3 बर्ष के दूसरे कार्यकाल के लिए पुन नियुक्त किया है ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रति सदस्य- सचिव, राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण संस्थान परिषद , हैदराबाद को भेज द्वी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को सामान्य सूचनार्थ भारत के राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

No. 1-25011 /19 / 97- PC-In exercise of the powers con... ferred on it by Rule 55 of the Rules and Regulations of the Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology, the Government of India has decided that Rule 37 of the Rule & Regulations of the Council for Advance- ment of People's Action and Rural Technology shall be sub- stituted by the following :
"37. The Union Minister in-charge of the Ministry dealing with the Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology shall be the ex-officio Chairman of the Executive Committee ."
