4. समिति की सदस्यता के लिए कोई परिलब्धियां नहीं दी जाएंगी । समिति के गैर - सरकारी सदस्य बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए अपनी यातना हेतु टीए/डीए के हकदार होंगे जैसा कि भारत सरकार के प्रथम श्रेणी के अधिकारियों के लिए ग्राह्य हो । सरकारी सदस्य अपने संबंधित कार्यालयों में लागू नियमों के अनुसार टी ए/ डी ए आदि प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंगे ।
