16 (4 ) एक्सचेंज के अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष परिषद् के सदस्यों में से परिषद् के सदस्यों द्वारा चुने जाएंगे । उनके इस प्रकार के ऐसे चुनाव को एक्सचेंज तुरन्त केन्द्र सरकार / सबी को सूचित करेगा ।
नशत कि स्टॉक एक्सचेंज का कोई भी दलाल सदस्य अध्यक्ष अथवा उपाध्यक्ष का पद ग्रहण नहीं करेगा । (ब) परिषद् उनमें से एक को कोषाध्यक्ष के रूप में चुनेगी । बशर्ते कि स्टॉक एक्सचेंज का कोई भी दलाल सदस्य कोषाध्यक्ष का पद ग्रहण नहीं करेगा ।

सेबी सरकुलर संख्या भाप्रविबो/ एस ० एम ० डी०/एस ० ई०/ 13/ 2003/10/04 दिनांकित 10 अप्रैल 2003 एवं सेबी निर्देश संख्या भाप्रविबो/ एम ०आर० डी०/एस ०ई०/ 14855 /2003 / 06 / 08 दिनांकित 6 अगस्त 2003 के अनुसार माध्यस्थम् (आबिटेशन ) अभिलेखों को बनाये रखने/निपटाने से संबंधित नीति की रचना के लिए बाई-लॉज में संशोधन जिसका अनुमोदन प्रशासक द्वारा दिनांक 27-6-2003 को एवं सेबी द्वारा पश्न संख्या एम ० आर ० डी०/डीसीए/ यूपीएसई/ 16933/2003 दिनांक 8 सितम्बर 2003 को किया गया ।
एक्सचेंज के बाई- लॉज में वर्तमान बाई-लॉ संख्या 272 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित नया बाई-लॉ संख्या 272- ए स्थापित किया जाता है ।
" 272-ए माध्यस्थम ( आबिटेशन) अभिलेखों ( रिका ) को बनाए रखना
1. माध्यस्थम् संबंधी मूल अधिनिर्णयों को अधिसूचनाओं के साथ हमेशा के लिए सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा ।
2. माध्यस्थम् से सम्बन्धित अन्य रिकार्डों को अभिनिर्णय की तारीख से 5 वर्षों के लिए सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा, यदि उस समय तक अधिनिर्णय को अपास्त करने संबंधी कोई अपील दाखिल नहीं की जाती है ।
3. यदि कोई अपील दाखिल की जाती है, तो न्यायालय द्वारा अंतिम निर्णय दिये जाने की तारीख से पांच वर्षों के लिए रिका डौं को सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा ।
4. रिकाडौं को नष्ट करन। एक्सचेंज के कार्यपालक निदेशक के लिखित, पिछले आदेश के अध्यधीन होगा ।
5. एक्सचेंज एक रजिस्टर बनाए रखेगा, जिसमें नष्ट किए गए रिकार्डों का संक्षिप्त ब्यौरा, नष्ट किये जाने की तारीख और रीति के प्रमाणन के साथ दिया जायेगा । " उपरोक्त प्रस्ताव प्रकाशन की तिथि के 15 दिनों के पश्चात् विचार में लाया जायेगा ।

Amendments to Article 96 of the Articles of Association of Coimbatore Stock Exchange Limited After amendment )
OFFICE BEARERS
96 (h) The President and Vice- President of the Exchange shall be elected by the Members of the Council from among the members of the Council . On their election as such , the Exchange shall communicate to the Central Government /SEBI forthwith .
Provided that no broker member of the stock ex- change shall hold office of President or Vice- President.
The Council shall elect one among themselves as the Treasurer;
Provided that no broker member of the stock ex- change shall hold office of Treasurer .
(b) In the event of any Casual Vacancy arising in the office of President by death , resignation or other- wise , the Vice- President for the time being shall automatically be elected to the office of President . Any Caual Vacancy arising in the office of Vice- Presicent or Treasurer shall be filled up by election from amongst the Members of the Council . An Office Bearer elected in any Casual Vacancy shall hold office for the same period for which the Office Bearer in whose place he was elected would have held office if he had not vacated office earlier: Provided that no broker member of the tock ex- change shall hold office of President . Vice-Presi- dent or Treasurer even in case of casual vacancies .

The following new Bye - law No. 272-A be inserted after existing Bye- law No. 272 of the Bye - laws of the Exchange : - "272-A. Maintenance of Arbitration Records
( 1 ) The original arbitration award with acknowledge- ments shall be preserved permanently .
(b) Other records pertaining to arbitration shall be preserved for 5 years from the date of award , in case the appeal for setting aside the award is not filed till such time .
(c) In case, an appeal is filed the records shall be pre- served for five years from the date of final disposal by the court.
(d) The destruction of records shall be subject to the previous order in writing of the Executive Direc- tor of the Exchange .
( e) The Exchange shall maintain a register wherein the brief particulars of the records destroyed shall be entered alongwith the certification regarding the date and mode of destruction . "
The above draft will be taken into consideration after 15 days from the date of publication .
