नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 28 अक्तूबर 2003 विषय : इस्पात उत्पादों के किए चिह्न प्रमाणन योजना सं ० 1/ 2003-04 [ 6 ( 4)/ 2002 - डी II ( खंड II ) ] -- लोहा और इस्पात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1956 के खण्ड 17क के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा इस्पात और खान मंत्रालय , लोहा और इस्पात विभाग द्वारा इस्पात के लिए चिह्न प्रमाणन योजना शुरू करने के वारे में जारी की गई 4 जनवरी , 1965 की सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या- एसःसी(सी)-2 (44)/63-11 तथा इस्पात और इस्पात उत्पादों के लिए चिह्न प्रमाणन योजना के बारे में इस्पात और भारी इंजीनियरी मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी की गई 26 मार्च, 1971 की सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या एस सी( आई) -2(44 )/63- IV को तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त करती है ।
