इस विनियमन के प्रयोजनार्थ "प्राधिकृत प्रतिनिधि " का तात्पर्य निम्नानुसार होगा:-
(क ) यदि कारोबारी सदस्य वैयक्तिक है तो कारोबारी सदस्य का कर्मवारी अथवा प्राविकृत व्यक्ति जैन कि इन विनियमनों में परिभाषित है ।
(ख ) यदि कारोबारी सदस्य भागीदारी कर्म है तो कारोबारी सदस्य का कोई भागीदार अथवा कर्मचारी अथवा प्राधिकृत व्यक्ति जैसाकि इन विनिवननों के तहत परिभाषिद है । (ग ) यदि कारोबारी सदस्य कम्पनी है तो कारोबारी सदस्य काकोई निदेशक अथवा कर्मचारी अथवा प्राधिकृत व्यक्ति जैसाकि इन विनियमों के तहत परिभाषित है ।

(b) If the trading member is a partnership firm , any partner or employee or authorised person of the trading member as defined under these regulations .
( c ) If the trading member is a company, any director or employee or authori ed person of the trading meinber as defined under these Regulations .
