( 7 ) / 59/2001 दिनांक 28 सितम्बर, 2001 के द्वारा संशोधित किया गया के नियम-7, अनुसूची ' एफ' के अनुसार दि कौंसिल ऑफ दि इंस्टीट्यूऊ ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्टस ऑफ इंडिया को अधिसूचना जारी करने में प्रसन्नता है कि इनफोरमेशन सिस्टम ऑडिट कोर्स की निर्धारण परीक्षा ( असेसमेन्ट टेस्ट) दिनांक 27.12.2003 को सत्र 8 बजे से 12 बजे दोपहर , को निम्नलिखित केन्द्रों पर होगी । बशर्ते कि प्रत्येक केन्द्र में परीक्षा के लिए पर्याप्त संख्या में परीक्षार्थी निवेदन करते है ।

परिषद अपने विशेषाधिकार के अन्तर्गत किसी भी परीक्षा केन्द्र को किसी भी समय बिना कोई कारण दिए रद्द कर सकती है । यह परीक्षा इंस्टीट्यूट के केवल पात्र सदस्य जो कि पहले से ही पंजीकृत है, के लिए है ।
इस परीक्षा के लिए परीक्षा शुल्क 1,000/- रुपये ( एक हजार रुपये मात्र ) है ।
परीक्षा शुल्क की राशि का भुगतान बैंक के डिमांड ड्रॉफ्ट द्वारा होना चाहिए । आवेदन पत्र उपयुक्त शुल्क के डिमांड ड्राफ्ट के साथ इस प्रकार भेजा जाना चाहिए कि वह संयुक्त सचिव ( परीक्षा ) के कार्यालय में दिनांक 02.12.2003 तक पहुँच जाए । दिनांक 02.12.2003 के बाद प्राप्त आवेदन पत्रों को स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा ।
इस परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र पर ही किया जाना चाहिए जो कि इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेन्ट्स ऑफ इंडिया के संयुक्त सचिव ( परीक्षा ) के नई दिल्ली स्थित कार्यालय से 25/- रुपये प्रति आवेदन पत्र भुगतान करने पर मिल सकता है । आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट के रीजनल और ब्रांचो के कार्यालयों में भी उपलब्ध है और नकद भुगतान करने पर 12 नवम्बर 2003 से प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं । इसके अलावा आवेदन पत्र इंस्टीट्यूट की वेबसाईट www.icai.org से भी प्रिंट किये जा सकते हैं तथा आवेदन पत्र के मूल्य 25/- को जोड़कर डिमांड ड्राफ्ट 1025/- रुपये का भेजा जाना चाहिए ।

सं. बी./ 1/5 /प्लाईंग फी-बंगाल सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 14617 पी. तारीख 29 नवम्बर, 1935 के साथ प्रकाशित बैरकपुर छावनी में वाणिज्यिक प्रयोजन के लिए मोटर या अन्य यानों के चालन को विनियमित करने वाली उपविधियों का और संशोधित करने के लिए कतिपय उपविधियां छावनी अधिनियम 1924 की धारा 284 की उपेक्षानुसार छावनी बोर्ड बैरकपुर सूचना सं. बी./ 1/5 /चालन फीस/ 125 तारीख 17.4.2003 के अधीन ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों से 30 दिनों तक आक्षेप और सुझाव आमंत्रित करने के लिए प्रकाशित की गई थी । और उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में जन साधारण से कोई रुकावट नहीं आई ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 284 की उपधारा ( 1 ) उपेक्षानुसार उपविधियों के उक्त प्रारूप को सम्यक रूप से अनुमोदन एवं पुष्टि कर दी है ।
अतः छावनी बोर्ड, छावनी अधिनियम 1924 की धारा 282 के खण्ड ( 25 ) और ( 26 ) और धारा 283 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बैरकपुर छावनी बोर्ड में वाणिज्यिक प्रयोजन के लिए मोटर या मोटरयानों के चालन को विनियमित करने वाली उपविधियों का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित उपविधियां बनाता है :
उक्त उपविधियों में, उपविधि 65 के खण्ड 1 के उपखण्ड ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा :
रु. 200/- प्रति वर्ष
( 1 ) 6 चक्कों वाली मोटर के लिए
रु. 150/- प्रति वर्ष
(2) 4 चक्कों वाली मोटर के लिए
रु. 100/- प्रति वर्ष
(3) 3 चक्कों वाली औटो रिक्शा के लिए

Payment of fees for the Assessment Test shouldbe made onlyby Demand Draft. The Demand Dreft may be of eny Scheduled Bank and should be drawn in favour of the Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi only.Application together with the prescribed fee be sent so as to reach the Joint Secretary (Examinations ) at New Delhi on or before2nd December , 2003 .
Applications for admission to the Assessment Test is required to be made in the prescribed form which may be obtained fromthe Joint Secretary (Examinations) , the institute of Chartered Accountants of India , Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi - 110 002 on payment of Rs.25/- per application form . The forms are also available in the Regional and Branch Offices of the institute and can be obtained therefrom on cash payment on or from 12th November , 2003. Alternatively, the format ofapplication form can be downloaded from the webeite of the Institute viz . www.icai.org and the cost of the application form of Rs . 25/ canbe added to the Assessment Test fee of Rs . 1000/- and the Demand Draft for Rs . 1025/- has tobe sent. The last date for receipt of duly filled in application forms is 2nd December, 2003. The application together with the prescribed fee shouldbe sent by Speed Post/Registered Post to the Joint Secretary ( Exams. ) , New Delhi . The applications received after 2nd December, 2003 will not be entertained under any circumstances.

No. B /I./5/Plying Fee-Whereas certain draft Bye - laws regulating the playing of motor or other vehi- cles for commercial purpose in the Barrackpore Cantonment published with Government of Bengal Notifica- tion No. 14617P dated 29th November , 1935 were published as required by Section 284 of the Cantonments Act, 1924, under the Cantonment Board, Barrackpore notice No. B/I/5 /Plying Fee/ 125 dated 17th April , 2003 for inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby till the expiry of thirty days from the date of the published of the said notice.
And whereas , no objection or suggestions were received from the public on the said draft by the Can- . tonment Board within the period so specified.
And whereas the Central Government have duly approved and confirmed the said draft ofthe Bye- laws as required by sub - section ( 1) of Section 284 of the saidAct;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (25) and ( 26 ) of Section 282 , Section 283 and 284 of the said Act , the Cantonment Board hereby makes the following Bye -laws regulating the plying of motor or other vehicles for commercial purpose in the Barrackpore Cantonment , namely : - In the said Bye- laws for sub- clauses ( i) and ( ii) of clause 1 of Bye - laws 65 , the following shall be substituted , namely
"( i) For 6 wheeler motor vehicle
Rs. 200/- p.a.
( ii ) For 4 wheeler motor vehicle
Rs . 150/- p.a..
(iii ) For 3 wheeler Auto Rickshaw
Rs . 100/- p.a. "
