2. यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि इस तदर्थ नियुक्ति से इन अधिकारियों को बरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु दावा करने का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा तथा यह भी कि उनके द्वारा वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर प्रदान की गई सेवा की गणना न तो वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में वरिष्ठता निर्धारण हेतु और ना ही अगले उच्च ग्रेड में पदोन्नति हेतु पात्त्रता के लिए की जाएगी।
