5. प्रशिक्षण
फिलहाल डाक सेवा समूह 'ख ' में बिना किसी प्रशिक्षण के कर्मचारी को सीधी पदोन्नति दी जाएगी । तथ. पि, जब और जैसे निदेशक, पोस्टन स्टाफ कालेज , गाजियाबाद द्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाएगा , उन्हें निर्धारित प्रशिक्षण लेना होगा ।
6. वेतन निर्धारण के लिए विकल्प
सं ० 9-2/ 2003- एसपी जी महानिदेशक ( डाक ) सहर्ष सेवा समूह ख ग्रेड ( वेतनमान 7500-250-12000 रुपए ) में बिमलेन्दु त्रिपाठी को कल्पित आधार पर उस तिथि से नियुक्त करते हैं जिस तिथि से उनके आसन्न कनिष्ठ श्री चरित्न चौधरी- II जो बिहार सकिल में तैनात हैं, ने कार्यभार ग्रहण किया । वास्तविक लाभ कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से और अगले आदेशों तक मिलेगा । उनका नाम श्री अनिल कुमार विश्वास के नाम के नीचे ( दिनांक 17-6-2003 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना में क्रम सं० 146 ) और श्री चरित्त चौधरी- II के नाम के ऊपर ( दिनांक17-06-2003 की सम- संख्यक अधिसूचना में क्रम सं ० 147 ) रखा जाएगा । पदोन्नत होने पर उन्हें हरियाणा सर्किल में तैनात किया गया है ।
अधिकारी यदि एफ आर-22 ( 1 ) ( क ) ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत वेतन निर्धारण के लिए तारीख चुनने के लिए विकल्प देना चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें पदोन्नति की तारीख से एक माह के अन्दर विकल्प देना होगा ।

आबंटित सकिन तैनाती आदेश तत्काल और किसी भी हालत में 20-11-2003 से पहले जारी कर देंगे । वे सकिल जहां कर्मचारी फिलहाल कार्य कर रहे है, उस सर्किल से जहां वे तैनात किए गए हैं, तैनाती आदेश प्राप्त होते ही तत्काल उन्हें कार्यमुक्त कर देंगे । यदि कोई कर्मचारी तैनाती आदेश जारी होने की तिथि से एक माह के अन्दर कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करता है जिस पर उसे तैनात किया गया है तो यह माना जाएगा कि उसने प्रोन्नति को अस्वीकार कर दिया है और प्रोन्नति अस्वीकार किया मानकर चयन सूची से उसका नाम हटा दिया जाएगा । हरियाणा सक्षिल के मुख्य पोस्टमास्टर जनरल इस संबंध में निदेशालय को रिपोर्ट भेजेंगे ।

3. पात्रता के अध्यधीन प्रोन्नति

3. Promotion Subject to Eligibility
(MM . I ) dated 16.10.2003 , the President is pleased to appoint Shri S. K. 4. Probation period
2. The appointment is purely on ad- hoc basis pending. preparation of Select List of Grade I of CSS or until further orders , whichever is earlier. The officer shall have no claim for inclusion of his name in the Select List of Grade 1 of CSS on the basis of his ad -hoc appointment and the same shall not be used to claim seniority as and when he is included in the said Select List .
