O.N. 59. The words " In the result, the election isdismissed. No costs . " appearing in Paragraph 30, Issue No.5 of the Judgement of the High Court of Madras dated 8th July, 2003 appended to the Commission's Notification No. 82/TN-HP/2/2000 dated 22nd August , 2003 , shall be correctedtoread as " In the result, the petition is dismissed. No costs."
आ.अ. 59.-निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या 82/त० ना० - लो० स०/2/2000 तारीख 22 अगस्त, 2003 से संलग्न मद्रास उच्च न्यायालय के तारीख 8 जुलाई, 2003 के निर्णय के अंक 5 , पैरा 30 में आने वाले शब्दों " परिणाम में, निर्वाचन खारिज लागत नहीं " के स्थान पर शुद्ध करके " परिणाम में, याचिका खारिज, लागत नहीं । " पढ़ा जाए ।
