उक्त तदर्थ पदोन्नति पदोन्नत कर्मचणी को स्थाई नियुक्ति के लिए कवा अर्जित नहीं कराती और अको द्वारा की गई तदर्थ सेवा उस श्रेणी में वरिष्ठता पदोन्नति की पात्रता आदि दो लिए गिनी नहीं जाएगी ।
