2. यह स्पष्ट किय । जाता है कि यह तदर्थ निर्यावित किसी अधिकारी को अनु संधान अधिकारों के ग्रेड में निर्यामत नियुक्ति का कोई दाव। प्रदान नहीं करेगी और अनुसंधान अधिकारी के ग्रेड में तदर्थ आधार पर की गई सेवा की गणना अनुसंधान अधि कारी के ग्रंड से वरिष्ठता और अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में पदोन्नति के लिए पात्र नहीं मानी जाएगी ।
