(3) यह नजूई निलेवरियों को छोड़कर अंडमान तथा निकोबार द्वीनसमूह की समस्त आदिम जनजातियों के सम्मुख आने वाली समस्याओं का अपनो रिपोर्ट में स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख करेगा और उन्हें उनके पूर्ण रूप से विलुक्त होने अथवा अपनी पहचान व संस्कृति खोने के खतरे से बचाने के लिए योजनाएं तैयार करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एवं अंडमान व बुशाएन ।
2. उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र सभी नियम तथा शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगो ।
