3-1-14-जब कोई कारोबारी सदस्य किसी म्युच्युल फंड अथवा उसकी किसी स्कीम , विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशक अथवा उसके किसी उप -खाता धारक की ओर से आदेश दर्ज करता है तो ऐसा कारोबारी सदस्य ऐसे ग्राहकों की ओर से आदेश दज करते समय ऐसे म्युच्युल फंड अथवा उसकी स्कीम , विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशक अथवा उसके उप-धारकों के संबंध में अद्वितीय कोड एक्सचेंज द्वारा अधिसूचित किए जाने वाले ऐसे फार्मेंट में और ऐसी तारीखों से दर्ज करेगा ।

2. अध्याय 5 में मौजूदा विनियमन 5. 18 के पश्चात् विनिय- मन 5.19 और 5.20 के रूप में निम्नलिखित धाराएं जोड़ी जाती है:-

5.19 निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों को निम्नानुसार यथा उल्लिखित समय अवधियों के लिए एक्सचेंज द्वारा सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा:
क) मूल पंचाट निर्णय और इसकी पावतियों को स्थायी रूप से सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा ।
ख) यदि निर्णय को निरस्त करने के लिए कोई अपील दाखिल नहीं की जाती है , तब मूल निर्णय के अलावा, पंचाट से संबंधित अन्य सभी रिकार्डों को निर्णय की तारीख से 5 वर्ष के लिए सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा ।
ग) र्याद निर्णय को निरस्त करने के लिए अपील दाखिल की जाती है, तब मूल निर्णय के अलावा , पंचाट से संबंधित अन्य सभी रिकाडों को न्यायालय द्वारा अंतिम निपटान की तारीख से 5 वर्ष के लिए सुरक्षित रखा जाएग । ।
5.20 एक्सचेंज द्वारा रिकार्डो को नष्ट करना संबंधित अधि- कारी के लिखित में पूर्ववर्ती आदेश के अध्यधीन होगा और नष्ट करने के ब्यौरे रजिस्टर में दर्ज किए जाएंगे जि में नष्ट करने की तारीख और विधि के संबंध में प्रमाणन सहित रिकाडों के संक्षेप में विवरण बताए जाएंगे । 32

3. अध्याय 3 में विनियमन 3.6 के पश्चात् विनियमन 3.6क के रूप में निम्नलिखित धारा को जोड़ा जाता है :-- उद्धरण चिन्ह शुरू
3.6 क विनियमन 3.6 में कुछ भी होने के बावजूद , विनियमन 3.6 के अंतर्गत यथा विनिर्धारित फानेंट में संविदा नोट सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी. अधिनियम , 2000 और उसके अंतर्गत बनाए गए नियमों में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट डिजीटल हस्ताक्षर के अधन द्वारा यथोचित रूप से अधिप्रमाणित इलेक्ट्रानिक रुप में भी कारोबारी सदस्य द्वारा जारी किया जाए ।

The provisions contained in the NSE (Futures & Options) Trading Regulations are amended to the extent given hereunder :-
1. The following clause is inserted as Regulation 3.1.14A after the existing Regulation 3.1.14 in Chapter 3 :一

3.1.14A When a Trading Member enters an order on behalf of a Mutual Fund or any of its Schemes , Foreign Institutional Investor or any of its sub - account holders , then such a Treding M mber shall at the time of enter- ing orders on behalf of such clients , enter the unique code in respect of a such Mutual Fund or its Scheine , Foreign İnstitutional Investor or any of its sub - accounts in such format and with effect from such date as may be notified by the Exchange .

2. The following clauses are inserted as Regula- tions 5.19 and 5.20 after the existing Regula- tion 5.18 in Chapter 5 :

5.19 The following documents shall be pre- served by the exchange for the time periods as mentioned hereunder.
a) The Original arbitration award along with acknowledgement shall be pre- served permanently .
b) In case an appeal for setting aside the award is not filed , then apart from the original award , all the other record's perfaining to arbitration sh.ll be preserved for 5 Years from the date of award .
c) In case an appeal for setting aside the award is filed , then apart from the original award , all the other re- cords pertaining to arbitration shall be preserved for 5 years from the date of final disposal by court, " 5.20 The destruction of records by the Ex- change shall be subject to the previous Order , in writing of the relevant authority and he details of the destruction shall. be entered in a register wherein the brief particulars of
the records destroyed along with the certifi- cation regarding the date and made of destruction shall be mentioned .

3. The following clause is inserted as Regulation 3.6A after Regulation 3.6 in Chapter 3 :-

:. 3.6A . Notwithstanding anything contained in Regulation 3.6 , a contract note in the format as prescribed under Regulation 3.6 , may also be issued by a Trading Member in eccaronic form duly authenticated by means of a digital signature as specified in the information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules made thereunder .
