आ. अ.. 11.-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 - क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग त्रिपुरा सरकार के परामर्श से एतद्द्वारा श्री देबाशीष सरकार, आई. ए. एस. के स्थान पर श्री के. वी. सत्यनारायण, आई. ए. एस. ( एम.टी. - 82 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए, त्रिपुरा राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. श्री के. वी. सत्यनारायण, त्रिपुरा सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या किसी कार्य के पदभारों को तत्काल सौंप देंगे या धारण करना समाप्त कर देंगे , जो कि वे ऐसा पदभार ग्रहण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे थे ।
3. श्री के. वी. सत्यनारायण मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी, त्रिपुरा के पद पर कार्य करते हुए त्रिपुरा सरकार के अधीन किसी भी प्रकार का कोई अतिरिक्त कार्यभार ग्रहण नहीं करेंगे सिवाय इसके कि उनको राज्य सचिवालय में निर्वाचन विभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार का सचिव पदाभिहित किया जायेगा ।

ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
NewDelhi , the 29th January, 2004
O.N. 11. In exercise of the power conferred by sub -section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) the Election Commission of India in consultation with the State Government of Tripura hereby nominates Shri K. V. Satyanarayana, IAS (MT: 82 ) as the ChiefElectoral Officer for the State of Tripura with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri Debashish Sircar, IAS .
2. Shri K.V. Satyanarayana shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges ofwork under the State Government of Tripura, which he may be holding before such assumption of office .
3. Shri K. V. Satyanarayana while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Tripura shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever the Government of Tripura except that he should be designated as Secretary to the Government in charge ofElection Department in the State Secretariat.

आ. अ. 12.-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 - क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अण्डमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह के प्रशासन के परामर्श से एतद्वारा श्री एम. एम. कुट्टी, आई. ए. एस. के स्थान पर श्री नरेश कुमार, आई. ए. एस. ( ए.जी.एम.यू. - 87 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए, अण्डमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में नामित करता है ।
2. आयोग, अण्डमान एवं निकोबार द्वीप समूह में पूरे समय के लिए मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी हेतु जोर नहीं दे रहा है और श्री नरेश कुमार को अपने नियमित अतिरिक्त कार्यभार रखने की अनुमति देता है ।.

O.N. 12.-In exercise of the power conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 13A of the Representation of the PeopleAct, 1950 (43 of 1950) the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Administration of Union Territory ofAndaman & Nicobar Islands hereby nominates Shri Naresh Kumar , IAS (AGMU : 1987) , as the ChiefElectoral Officer for the Union Territory ofAndaman & Nicobar Islands with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri M.M. Kutty, IAS .
2. The Commission is not insisting on a full time ChiefElectoral Officer in the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands and has allowed Shri Naresh Kumar to retain his regular additional charges.

( एम.टी. - 78 ) को उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से आगामी आदेशों तक के लिए, मणिपुर राज्य के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी 27 [भाग II-खंड 3 (iii) ]
भारत का राजपत्र: फरवरी 7, 2004/माथ 18, 1925
के रूप में एतद्वारा नामित करता है । उन्हें निर्वाचनों के संबंध में राज्य सचिवालय के उस विभाग में, सरकार के सचिव के रूप में पदाभिहित किया जाएगा।
2. आयोग , मणिपुर राज्य में पूर्ण कालिक मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के लिए जोर नहीं दे रहा है क्योंकि इस राज्य में दो से अधिक संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नहीं हैं । जैसे ही साधारण निर्वाचन निकट होंगे , श्री विजय छिब्बर को सभी तथा प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त कार्यभार से मुक्त कर दिया जाएगा ।

In exercise of the power conferred by sub -section (I) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950) the Election Commission of India in consultation with the State Government of Manipur hereby nominates Shri Vijay Chhibber, IAS (MT : 78), as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Manipur with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Shri V. K. Thakaral, IAS. He will also be designated as Secretaryto the Government in the Department in the State Secretariat dealing with elections .
2. The Commission is not insisting on a full time Chief Electoral Officer in the State of Manipur, as the State has not more than two Parliamentary Constitutencies . As soon as general elections become imminent, Shri Vijay Chhibber shall be divested ofall and every additional charge.
