2. एक्सचेंज के उप-नियमों के अध्याय XI के उप - नियम 2 और 3 में आने वाले " उप-नियम ( 1 ) , ( 1 क ) और ( 1ख ) " शब्दों को निम्नलिखित " उप- नियम ( 1 ) , ( 1क) , ( 1ख) और ( 1घ) " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है । 3 . एक्सचेंज के उप- नियमों के अध्याय XI के उप-नियम 12 में "और जारीकर्ता" शब्दों को "अगर संघटक वकील, अधिवक्ता अथवा एडवोकेट द्वारा उपस्थित होना चाहता है तब " व्यापारिक सदस्य" शब्दों और " समान विशेषा- धिकार प्रदान किया जाएगा" शब्दों के बीच प्रविष्ट किया जाता है ।

As per the requirements of Rule 18 of the Securities Contract (Regulation) Rules , 1957 the proposed amendments to the Bye - laws of National Stock Exchange , as given hereunder are published for criticism in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 of the General Clauses Act , 1897 in the Official Gazette of India . Any person having any Observations on the proposed amendments to the Bye - laws can send the same in writing to Director (F & L) & Company Secretary , National Stock Exchange of India Limited at Exchange Plaza , C - 1 , Block G , Bandra - Kurla Complex , Bandra ( East ) , Mumbai -400051 within fifteen days from the date ofthe publication in the Gazette . The Observations received after the aforementioned date will not be considered when the draft will be taken for consideration .
The following sentence " The Exchange shall seek the approval of SEBI before introducing any new trading segment " is proposed to be inserted after the first sentence in Bye - law (1 ) of Chapter ] of the Bye- laws of the Exchange .

The provisions contained in the Bye - laws of the Exchange are amended to the extent given here- under :
( 1) The words " and subject to the jurisdiction of the Civil Courts of Mumbai " appearing in Bye- law 8 of Chapter IX of the Byelaws of the Exchang after the words " The contract notes shall specify that the deal is subject to the Byelaws Rules and Regulations of the Exchange and subject to arbitration as provided therein" are deleted, (2) The words " Bye- laws ( 1 ) , ( 1A) and ( IB) appearing in Bylaws 2 and 3 of Chapter XI of the Bylaws of the Exchange are substituted with the following words " Byelaws (1 ), ( 1A) , ( 1B) and (1D)" .
(3) The words " and Issuer " are inserted in between the words " If the Constituent chooses to appear by Counsel , Attorney or Advocate , then the Trading Member" and the words " shall be granted a similar privilege" in Bysław 12 of Chapter XI of the Byclaws of the Exchange .

Singla resident of B- 5/7, Miawali New Delhi - 110041 , be and is hereby appointed Liquidator with all powers as per Section 512 of the Companies Act 1956 to finalize the affairs of the Company, he will charge only the actual liquidation expenses .
