New Delhi - 110001 , the 12th February 2004 F.No. 25/9/2003 - R& R.-In terms of Sub -section (6) of Section 76 of the Electricity Act, 2003 , approval of the competent authority is hereby conveyed to the appointment of Shri Bhanu Bhushan as Member of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission ( CERC) for a period of five years with effect from the forenoon of 4th February, 2004 or till attaining the age of 65 years , whichever is earlier. Shri Bhanu Bhushan will be entitled to pay of Rs . 26,000/- (fixed) per month .
2. The appointment of Shri Bhanu Bhushan as Member of the CERC will be governed by the terms and conditions issued vide this Ministry's letter No. 25/9/2003 -R&R, dated 30th January, 2004.
