वर्तमान बाइला 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित कर दिया जाएगा:-
भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधि- सूचना सं ० एस ० ओ०-1162 दिनांक 4 मई 1960 के साथ पढ़ते हुए फार्वर्ड कौन्ट्रेक्ट्स ( रेगुलेशन ) एक्ट , 1952 की धारा II की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत वायदा बाजार आयोग के उपनिदेशक के द्वारा नीचे दी गई तिथियों पर विजय ब्यौपार चैम्बर लि० मुजफ्फरनगर के बाइलाज , मैोरेन्डम एवं आर्टी- कल्स में निम्नलिखित संशोधनों की स्वीकृति प्राप्त कर ली गयी है जो कि ऊपर वागत एक्ट है की धारा II और एफ ० सी० (आर ० ) नियम 1954 के अन्तर्गत अधिसूचित को गई है ।
1. बाइला 32 में संशोधन 16-1-02 को
वर्तमान बाइला 32 में एक नये पसे के अंक के स्थान पर दो नये पैसे का अंक कर दिया जाये ।
2. बाइला 88 ( ए ) में संशोधन 12-4-02 को
"कोई व्यक्ति या फर्म या संयुक्त हिन्दू परिवार या कोई कम्पनी जिसकी पृष्ठ-भूमि कम से कम एक वर्ष की हों और वह य। उसके अधिकृत प्रतिनिधि , जिसका मुजफ्फरनगर में एक व्यापार हेतु ठिकाना हो और या तो वह व्यापार कर रहीं हो या व्यापार करने का सचमुच में इरादा रखता हो और चैम्बर का ट्रेडिंग मेम्बर बनने का इच्छुक हो, बोर्ड द्वारा समय -समय पर निर्धारित प्रपत्र पर आवेदन करेगा । एक ट्रेडिंग चैम्बर पर , साधारण सदस्यता के एक शेयर को सम्मिलित करते हुए कुल 11 शेयर होने चाहिए । आवेदन पत्र के साथ प्रवेश शुल्क के रूप में 15000 रु ० में वार्षिक शुल्क के रूप में 200 रु ० तथा जमानत के रूप 5000/- रु ० जमा किए जाने चाहिए । जमानत या तो नकद या कम्पनी के 12 चुकता मूल्य शेयरों को बन्धक रखकर समयोजित की जा सकती है जैसा कि आर्टी कल 48 में विधान है ।"
बाइला 88 ( ए ) में वाक्य " प्रत्येक लिवाल और बिकवाल द्वारा कराये गये प्रत्येक पूर्ण हुए सौदे पर इनक़ों कम्पनी को निम्नलिखित खर्च प्रति वायदा सौदे ( बीजक ) पर देने होंगे, " के बाद वर्तमान उपधारा के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित कर दिया जाएगा:-

जैसा कि सिक्युरिटीज कॉन्ट्रैक्ट्स ( रेग्यूलेशन ) एक्ट, 1956 की धारा 10 ( 4) के अन्तर्गत किसी उप नियम का बनाया जाना या उसमें आशोधन या संशोधन उसके पूर्व प्रकाशन की शर्तों के अधीन है ।
अब, अतएब , स्टॉक एक्सचेंज , मुंबई इसके द्वारा सेबी द्वारा उसके 6 जनवरी , 2004 के पत्त्र सं ० डी एन पी डी/ 298/04 के माध्यम से यथा अनुमोदित तथा निर्देशित एक्सचेंज के डेरि- वेटिव्ज खण्ड के नियमों , उप नियमों तथा विनियमों के उप नियम 7.22 में नये शामिल किए गए उप खंड ( xiv) को नीचे दिए गए अनुसार प्रकाशित करता है ।
गैर व्यावसायिक व्यवहार
7.22 किसी सदस्य को गैर व्यावसायिक व्यवहार का दोषी माना जायेगा यदि निम्नलिखित में से कोई या इससे मिलता जुलता कार्य या चूक करता है , अर्थात्

(xiv) स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों से संबंधित इस तरह के विज्ञापन, परिपत्र अथवा अन्य साहित्य अथवा रिपोर्ट अथव। जानकारी तथा उनमें दी गयी सामग्री संबंधित विनियमों में यथा निर्धारित प्रावधानों तथा शा निर्देशों अथवा गर्निंग परिषद के ऐसे अन्य दिशा निर्देशों के अनुरूप है जो परिषद उनके अलावा अथवा उनके अशोधन में अथवा उनके स्थान पर समय समय पर निर्धारित करे और इस तरह के विज्ञापन को जारी करने के लिए एक्सचेंज का पूर्व अनु- मोदन प्राप्त कर लिया गया है, ऐसी स्थिति को छोड कर यदि वह कारोबार के प्रयोजनों के लिए विज्ञापन जारी करता है अथवा अपने स्वयं के ग्राहकों , एक्सचेंज के सदस्यों, बैंकों तथा संयुक्त स्टॉक कम्पनियों के अलावा व्यक्तियों को नियमित रूप से परिपत्र या कारोबारी पत्त्र या प्रिंट मीडिया में अपने नाम देते हुए स्टॉक मार्केटों से जुड़ी कोई सूचना जारी करता है । यदि कोई व्यक्ति उक्त आशोधन के संबंध में कोई अभिमत देना चाहता है तो वह इस विज्ञापन के प्रकाशन की तारीख के एक माह के भीतर नीचे दिये गये पते पर उसे प्रस्तुत कर सकता है:

248 ( ई ) ऐसे दावों, मतभेदों और विवादों के मामले में , जिनमें उप ब्रोकर एक पार्टी है , यदि एं से उप ब्रोकर के खिलाफ मध्यस्थ पंचाट दिया जाता है तो उप ब्रोकर का यह दायित्व होगा कि वह ऐसे मध्यस्थ पंचाट का पालन करें , यदि उप ब्रोकर ऐसे मध्यस्थ पंचाट का पालन करने में असफल रहता है तो वह सदस्य जिसके साथ उप ब्रोकर जुड़ा हुआ है , इस तरह के मध्यस्थपंचाट का ऐसी समयावधि के भीतर , जो एक्सचेंज तय करे, उसी तरह से पालन करने के लिए बाध्य होगा मानों वह मध्यस्थता पंचाट उस सदस्य के खिलाफ ही किया गया हो ।
बशर्ते कि विवाद को सदस्य की जानकारी में दावेदार के द्वारा उप नियमों में यथा निर्धारित छः माह की अवधि के भीतर लाया गया हो । ऐसा न किये जाने की स्थिति में सदस्य को उसके उप ब्रोकर की देयताओं के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जायेगा । बशर्ते यह भी कि दावेदार का दावा ऐसे संबंधित सदस्य के जरिये एक्सचेंज पर निष्पादित लेनदेन की वजह से हुआ है जिसके साथ उप ब्रोकर पंजीकृत उप ब्रोकर के रूप में जुड़ा हुआ है और उसका समर्थन विनिर्दिष्ट फार्मेंट में उप ब्रोकर द्वारा जारी पुष्टि ज्ञापन द्वारा किया गया है और उसमें सदस्य द्वारा जारी करार नोट के क्रॉस सन्दर्भ तथा अन्य त्र्योरे जैसे क्लायंट के क्लायंट आइडी वगैरह दिये गये हैं । सदस्य इस उप नियम के अंतर्गत दावेदारों को अदा की गई राशि अपने उप ब्रोकर से वसूल करने का हकदार होगा । 89 মাণ [V]

Liability of the Member
248 (e) In case of claims , differences and disputes to which a Sub- broker is a party , if the arbitral award is made against such a sub - brokee then the Sub- broker shall be liable to comply with such arbitral award . If the Sub - broker fails to comply with such arbitral award , then the Member with whom the Sub - broker is affiliated shall be liable to comply with such arbitral award as if sich erbi- tral award has been made against such Member with in such time period as may be specified by the Exchange .
The approval of the Deputy Director Forward Market Commission , under sub- section( 1 ) of Section 11 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act 1952 , read with the Government of India , Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notificatior No. S.O. 1162 dated 4th May 1960 has been obtained on dates given below to the following amendments made to Byelaws , Memorandum and Articles of the Vijay Beopar Chamber Ltd. Muza- ffarnager , the same being notified under Section 11 of the said Act and Rule 11 of the F.C. (R) Rules 1954.

1. Amendment in Bye - Law 32, on 16-1-02 In the existing Bye - Law 32 , the figure of one Naya Paise shall be substituted by the figure 2 Naya Paise.
2. Amendment in Byelaw 88 (a) cn 12-4-02 In the Bye - Law 88 ( a) after the sentence " The following shall be the charge per urit of hedge contract payable to the company by each buyer and seller on each complete transaction entered into by him" the existing sub - section will be substituted by the following ; -
1. Brokerage on all units Rs . 2.50/- per unit .
2. Commission on ordinary and Bhiran transac- tions shall be calculated in terms of percentage of standard value of the contract as prescribed .
3. Trade Guarantee Fund on all units Re . 0.50/- per unit.
4. Charity as requested by the members from time to time .
3. Amendment in clause 5 of Memorandum of Association on 14-8-02 .
In the Memorandum of Association the existing clause 5 shall be substituted by the following :
"The authorized Share Capital of the Company be increased from one lakh to six lakhs by creation of 5000 equity shares of Rs . 100/- each ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares . " 4. Amendment in Articles of Association on 14-8-02.
In the Articles of Association , the existing Arti- cles 5 and 14 (a) shall be substituted by the following :
Article 5 :-The authorised Shares Capital of the Company be increased from one lakh to six lakhs by creation of 5000 equity shares of Rs . 100/- each ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares.
Article 14 (a) :-The maximum number of shares to be held by any person shall be 150 Should any person or firm come to hold shares more than the limit specified above , the share or shares excec- ding the limit will not be entitled to any dividend thereon .
5. Amendment in Byelaw 2 on 27-6-03
The existing Byelaw 2 shall be substituted by the following :
" Any person , firm, Joint Hindu Family or a Company having a standing of at least a year and

he or his authorised reprosentative having a place. of business at Muzaffarnagar and either actually carrying on or having bonafied intention to carry on business at Muzaffarnagar and destrous of becom- ing a Trading Member of the Chamber, shall sub- mit an application in the form prescribed by the Board from time to time . A Trading Member must possess in total at least eleven shares including one share of Membership . The application must be accompanied with Rs . 15000 /- as Admission Fee , Rs . 200/- as annual Fee and Rs . 5000/- as Security Deposit , which can either be deposited in cash or be adjusted against pledge of 12 fully paid up shares of the Company as prescribed in Article 48. " 6. Amendment in Byelaws 273 (a ) & 273 (b ) on 19-8-03
The existing Byelaws 273 ( a) & 273 ( b) shall be substituted by the following .
273 ( a) : " The commencement months and dates for different deliveries of Gur Hedge Contract shall be as hereunder : -
