उक्त तदर्थ पदोन्नति पदोन्नत कर्मचारी को स्थाई नियुक्ति के लिए दावा अर्जित नहीं कराती और उनके द्वारा की गई तदर्थ सेवा उस श्रेणी में वरिष्ठता पदोन्नति की पात्रता आदि के लिए नहीं गिनी जाएगी ।
