संकल्प
सं ० VI-डी० एण्ड पी०/ 8/ 2001/टी ०टी० औषधि एवं भेषज क्षेत्रक में अनुसंधान एवं विकास ( आर एण्ड डी ) के महत्व को समझते हुए भारत सरकार ने , उद्योग/शैक्षणिक संस्थानों/ प्रयोगशालाबों द्वारा प्रस्तावित अनुसंधान एवं विकास परियोज- नाजों को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करने और देश में आधुनिकतम (स्टेट बाँकआहे) सुविधाओं के सृजन हेतु 150 करोड़ रुपये की प्रारंभिक निर्धारित धनराशि ( कार्यस ) और पी० भार ० डी० एस ० एफ ० पर उपार्जित ब्याज के उपयोग से भेषज अनुसंधान एवं विकास सहायता निधि ( पी० आर ० डी० एस ० एफ ०) की स्थापना का निर्णय लिया है । सरकार ने पी० आर ० डी० एस ० एफ० के प्रचासन के लिए विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के प्रकासनिक नियंतच के अधीन औषधि विकास संवर्धन बोर्ड के गठन का भी निर्णय किया है । वित्तीय सहायता के लिए अनुसंधान एवं विकास परियोजनाओं की जांच हेतु एक विशेषज्ञ समिति इस बोर्ड की सहायता करेगी । बोर्ड एवं विशेषज्ञ समिति के सदस्यों की सूची संलम्ब है ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक प्रतिलिपि भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/ विभागों, सभी राज्य सरकारों, देश के सभी विश्वविद्यालयों एवं वैज्ञानिक संस्थाओं ( सी० एस ० आई ० बार/बाई० सी ० ए ० आर ०/ आई० सी० एम ० आर ०/ यू० जी० सी० डी० ओ ० आदि ) को प्रेषित कर दी जाए । गह भी मध्देश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प को उत्तम सूचना के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

सं० 2/ 9/ 2002-३० प्र०--जल संसाधन मंत्रालय ने संकल्प नं० 2/ 9/2002-वे प्र ० दिनांक 13-2-2003 को जारी किया जिसके द्वारा मंहत्य सं ० 1 ( 7) / 80-पी० पी० , दिनाँक 26-8-1981 के पैरा क्रमांक 3 और 5 , जिसमें राष्ट्रीय जल विकास अभिकरण ( रा ० ज० वि० अ० ) के सोसाइटी एवं शासी निकास की संरचना है, को संशोधित किया गया । राष्ट्रीय जल विकास अभिकरण सोसाइटी ने 9-1-1986 को सम्पन्न विशेष आम सभा में जल संसाधन मंत्रालय के अपर सचिव को सोसाइटी एवं शासी निकाय का सदस्य बनाने का संकल्प किया था । जल संसाधन मंत्रालय के समसंख्यक संकल्प दिनाँक 13-2- 2003 द्वारा संशोधित संकल्प सं ० 1/ ( 7 ) / 80-पी० पी० , दिनांक 26--8-1981 के पैरा क्रमांक 3 को अब संशोधित करते हुए सविव, जल संसाधन मंत्रालय या उनके द्वारा नामित व्यक्ति जो कि संयुक्त सचिव से कम स्तर के न हो एवं अपर सचिव, जल संसाधन मंत्रालय को सोसाइटी का सदस्य बनाया जाता है । उक्त संकल्प के पैरा 5 को आगे संशोधित करते हुए अपर सचिव, जल संसाधन मंत्रालय को शासी निकाय का सदस्य बनाया जाता है ।
आदेश
यह आदेश दिया जाता है कि यह संकल्प सभी संबंधित राज्य सरकारों तथा संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों, राष्ट्रपति के निजी एवं सैत्य सचिवों , प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , भारत के लेखा एवं महा- नियंत्रक, योजना आयोग तथा केन्द्र सरकार के सभी संबंधित मंत्रालयों एवं विभागों को सूचनार्थ प्रेषित किया जाए । यह भी आदेश दिया जाता हैं कि यह संकल्प भारत के . राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए तथा आम सूचना के लिए राज्य के राजपत्र में प्रकशित करने के बाम्ने संबंधित राज्य सरकारों से अनुरोध किया जाए ।

The Government have also decided to constitute Drug Development Promotion Board under the administrative control of the Department of Science and Technology to operationalise the PRDSF . This Board will be assisted by an Expert Committee to screen R& D projects for financial support . The composition of the Board and the Expert Committee is as annexed .

No.2/9 / 2002 - BM- Ministry of Water Resources issued a Resolution No. 2/ 9/ 2002 - BM dated 13th February 2003 amending Para Nos 3 and . 5 of the Resolution No. 1 (7)/80- PP dated 26.8.1981 contain- ing composition of Society and Governing Body of NWDA . NWDA Society in its special General Body meeting held on 9-1-1986 resolved to include Add tional Secretary Union Ministry of Water Re- sources as Members of Society and Governing Body of NWDA .
The Ministry of Water Resources now modifies Para no . 3 of Resolution no . 1 (7 ) / 80- PPdated 26-8- 1981 as modified by Resolution of even number dated 13-2-2003 to include Secretary or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary , Union Mini- stry of Water Resources and Additional Secretary . Union Ministry of Water Resources as Members ofSociety . Para 5 of the above said Resolution is also further modified to include Additional Secre- tary . Union Ministry of Water Resources as Mem- ber of Governing Body of NWDA .
