( 77 )/92-- चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेण्ट्स अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 20 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेण्ट्स विनियम, 1988 के विनियम 18 के उपबंधों के निबंधनानुसार, एत‌द्वारा, यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि इन्स्टीट्यूट ऑफ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेण्ट्स ऑफ इण्डिया की परिषद् द्वारा श्री संदीप एबट, चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेण्ट्, C-46 , आई. एफ. एस. अपार्टमेन्ट, मयूर विहार, फेज-1, दिल्ली -110091 ( सदस्यता संख्या 87473 ) को अन्य बातों के साथ - साथ चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेण्ट्स अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 21 और 22 के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची के भाग 1 के खण्ड ( 11 ) के अर्थान्तर्गत वृत्तिक अवचार का दोषी पाया गया है । तत्पश्चात्, इन्स्टीट्यूट की परिषद् ने उपरोक्त अवचार की बाबत उक्त श्री संदीप एबट को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 21 ( 4 ) के अधीन सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करने के पश्चात् यह आदेश किया. है कि उनका नाम छह माह की कालावधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से काट/हटा दिया जाए । उक्त आदेश के अनुसरण में, एतद्वारा , यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त श्री संदीप एबट ( सदस्यता संख्या 87473 ) का नाम दिनांक 3 अप्रैल, 2004 , से छह माह की कालावधि के लिए सदस्यों के रजिस्टर से काट/ हटा दिया जाएगा ।

सं. एसजेएम/बीयू/ 11-8/2003 :

सालारजंग संग्रालय अधिनियम 1961 ( 1961 के-28 ) की धारा 28 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रस्तुत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से सालारजंग संग्रहालय मंडल, हैदराबाद, सालारजंग संग्रहालय विनियम 1962 को संशोधित करते हुए निम्नलिखित विनियम निर्धारित करता है , जो: -

1. इन नियमों को सालारजंग संग्रहालय ( संशोधन ) विनियम 2004 कहा जाए .

2. सलारजंग संग्रहालय विनियम, 1962 में: -

विनियम 8 ( 1 ) ( ख ) को ( ग ) के रुप में संशोधन..

(i) सीधी भर्ती वाले पदों के चयन के लिए विभागीय उम्मीदवारों के संबंध में, आयु सीमा में छूट के लिए एक नये उप विनियम को जोड़ना. निम्नलिखित नये उप विनियम को 8 ( 1 ) (ख ) के बाद ( ग ) जोड़ा जाए ..

सालारजंग संग्रहालय के कार्यरत कर्मचारी , जिन्हें सीधी भर्ती द्वारा भरे, जाने वाले ऐसे पद के लिए, जिसके लिए एक मांगपत्र रोजगार केंद्र को भेजना आवश्यक है, आवेदन करने अपेक्षित अर्हताएं प्राप्त है, उन्हें निम्नलिखित रूप से आयु में छूट दी जाए .

3 वर्षों की सेवा वाले समूह ग और समूह घ कोटि के विभागीय उम्मीदवारों के मामले में , यह आयु सीमा 40 वर्षों की आयु तक होगी . अजा/ अजजा कोटि के मामले में, यह आयु सीमा 50 वर्षों की आयु तक होगी.

समूह क और समूह ख कोटि के विभागीय उम्मीदवारों के मामले में समूह क अथवा समूह ख पदों में भर्ती के लिए 5 वर्षों की अधिकतम आयु सीमा की छूट की अनुमति दी जाए.

उपर्युक्तरियायतें इस शर्त पर आधारित हैं कि सीधी भर्ती वाले पद, उसी क्रम में अथवा संबंधित संवर्ग में है और एक पद विशेष में पहले ही की गई सेवाओं के साथ एक संबंध स्थापित किया जा सकता है, जो पदों की अन्य कोटियों में 1904

(ii) विनियम 8 ( 2 ) का संशोधन : विभिन्न पदों के संबंध में अनुशासनिक नियुक्ति और अपीलेट प्राधिकारी की परिभाषा का एक नया उप विनियम जोड़ा जाए. 8 ( 2 ) ( सी ) से पहले निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाए: -

: In overcise of the powers conferred by

Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 28 of the Salar Jung Museum Act, 1961 (28 of 1961 ) , the Salar Jung museum Board, Hyderabad, with the previous approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Salar Jung Museum Regulations , 1962 , namely: -

1. These regulations may be called the Salar Jung Museum ( amendment ) Regulations , 2004.

2. In the Salar Jung Museum Regulations , 1962: -

(i) Amendment to Regulation ( 1 ) (b )as (c) : Incorporation of a new sub-

regulation for relaxation of age limit in respect of Departmental candidates for selection to the posts under Direct recruitment , the following new sub regulation may be incorporated after 8 ( 1 ) ( b ) as (e) .

"The serving employees of Salar Jung Museum with the requisite qualifications apply for the post to be filled by Direct Recruitment for which a requisition is required to be sent to the Employment Exchange may be given suitable age relaxation in the following manner.

In case of departmental candidates of Group " C " and " D" category having 3 years of service , the age limit may be upto 40 years of age. In case of SC/ST category the age limit may be upto 50 years of age.
