2. That the defendants 1 & 2 be and are hereby restrained by way of permanent injunction from not to harass , arrest or disturb the certificate holders of C.A.M.P. issued by the plaintiff co uncil .
3. That the 4th defendants do pass suitable direction or orders to the third defendant to grant recognition to the certificate of C.A.M.P. issued by the plaintiff council .
