They may, however, be transferred to the other cadres while allocating the revised strength in the grade of Section Officer as a result of cadre restructuring of CSS or in the administrative exigencies .

Onexpiry ofthe leave , Shri M. M. Ahuja will report to his Cadre, i.e. Ministry of Finance , Department of Expenditure for further posting .

The President is further pleased to authorize Shri S. C. Pandey, Presiding Officer to adjudicate the disputes which are pending before the CGIT- cum-Labour Court - II , Mumbai and may be referred to it in future till further orders .
