राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय नई दिल्ली, दिनांक 7 मई 2004
संख्या 37-प्रेज/ 2004- राष्ट्रपति का पुलिस पदक एवं पुलिस पदक से संबंधित संविधि की ' आठवीं' संविधि के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय की समय-समय पर संशोधित दिनांक 1 मार्च, 1951 की अधिसूचना संख्या 4 प्रेज में विहित राष्ट्रपति का पुलिस पदक के नियम 7 तथा पुलिस पदक का नियम 9 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं ।
राष्ट्रपति का पुलिस पदक:-
बर्तमान नियम 7 को निम्नलिखित नियम से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है:-
7. "विशिष्ट सेवा के लिए प्रदान किए जाने वाले राष्ट्रपति के पुलिस पदक की घोषणा प्रत्येक वर्ष 26 जनवरी ( गणतंत्र दिक्स ) पर की जाएगी । " पुलिस पदक:--
बर्तमान नियम 9 को निम्नलिखित नियम से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है:-
5. "सराहनीय सेवा के लिए प्रदान किए जाने वाले पुलिस पदक को घोषणा प्रत्येक वर्ष 26 जनवरी (गणतंत्र दिवस ) पर की जाएगी । "
ये संशोधन तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होंगे ।

नई दिल्ली-110003 , दिनांक 5 मई, 2004 विषय : ऊर्जा के नए एवं नवीकरणीय स्रोतों के क्षेत्र में हिंदी में मौलिक पुस्तक लेखन को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए 'प्राकृतिक ऊर्जा पुरस्कार योजना ' ।
सं० 11019 ( 2 ) / 2003 - हिंदी-पार्ट- 1-इस मंत्रालय के दिनांक 27 अप्रैल , 1988 के का ०ज्ञा ०सं ० 11019 ( 2 )/87-- हिंदी और दिनांक 25 मार्च, 1994 के आदेश सं 11015( 3 )/93- हिंदी के संदर्भ में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि इस योजना के अंतर्गत इस वर्ष से पुरस्कारों कौ राशि बढ़ा दी गई है जो इस प्रकार से है
1. प्रथम पुरस्कार 15,000 रु. से बढ़ाकर 20,000/-रु ० 2. द्वितीय पुरस्कार 10,000 रु. से बढ़ाकर 15,000/- रु.
7,000/- रु . से बढ़ाकर 10,000/- रु.
3. तृतीय पुरस्कार
2. तदनुसार उपर्यं क्त दिनांक 27-4-1988 के का ० शा ० का पैरा 3 संशोधित समझा जाए ।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस आदेश की एक प्रति भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों और विभागों , राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय , मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय , योजना आयोग, भारत के नियंत्रक एवं मह लेखा परीक्षक, लोक सभा एवं राज्य सभा सचिवालय , राज्य सरकारों/ संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों तथा भारत के सभी विश्वविद्यालयों को भेजी जाए ।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस आदेश को सार्वजनिक सूचना के लिए भारत सरकार के राजयत्न में प्रकाशित किया जाए ।

No. 37 -Pres/ 2004- In accordance with Statute Eighthly' of the Statute relating to President's Police Medal and Police Medal, the following amendments are made in Rule 7 of the President's Police Medal and Rule 9 of the Police Mcdal contained in President's Secretariat's Notification No. 4 -Pres dated 1st March , 1951 as amended from time to time .
President's Police Medal :
The present Rule 7 be substituted by the following :-
7. "The President's Police Medal awarded for Distinguished Service shall be announced on the 26th January (Republic Day) each year " .
Police Medal :-
The present Rule 9 te substituted by the ollowing :-
9. " The Police Medal awarded for Meritorious Service shall be announced on 26th January (Republic Day ) each year "
These amendments will come into force with immediate effect .
